What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, LoveIt! Notepads is happy to accept Visa and Mastercard.
When will I be billed for my order?
Your order will be billed to your credit card account when you complete the "checkout" section of the
web site. If additions or credits are necessary, we will adjust your order appropriately.
Is my personal information safe?
The information you provide us with will not be shared with any other companies or third parties. We
will send you emails and newsletters ONLY if you opt-in to receive them. All information is received
via a secure connection.
When can I expect my order?
When we receive your order, you will be emailed a proof within 48 hours (usually 24). When your
proof is approved we will print your order and ship it to you within 48 hours. Proofs approved on
Friday will be shipped on Tuesday. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with an expected
delivery date between 2-4 days.
How long to I have to respond to my proof?
When your proof is emailed to you, we request you respond within 5 days. If we have not heard from
you within that time frame, we will resend the proof allowing you an additional five days to respond.
After that, if we still have not received approval or revisions, we will print and ship your order as is.
What are the shipping charges?
There is a flat fee of $4.75 to ship via Priority mail for up to four notepads. For five or more
notepads, the shipping fee is $8.95.
Will my order look exactly as it does on my computer screen?
All computer monitors vary in color ranges which may make a considerable difference in certain color
tones and ranges. We are not responsible for color variances on the customers monitor. However, if
this is a concern, please contact us for paper samples.
Why are there no font choices for the notepads?
I plan to add this option in the future. For now I have used my best judgement using fonts that reflect
the style of the artwork on each notepad. We are confident you will like the finished product as shown
in the pictured sample.
Can I add or remove text other than what is shown in the sample?
Yes.The "Special Instructions/Comments" box on the order form is the appropriate place to clarify any
changes you would like to make to the text. There is no charge for changing or removing text shown
in the product sample.
Can I change the colors of the artwork or combine graphics from
different pads to make a totally new pad?
Yes, we are more than happy to create a custom design for you, however there may be a
customization charge per pad for any graphic changes that exceed normal production time. Before
ordering, please contact us with your request and we will respond with a customization quote.
Additional customization runs between $5 and $25 per new pad design and must be handled personally

Are RUSH orders available?
Yes. There is a rush fee of $15.00 per order for immediate processing
