All of our notepads are typeset, printed and shipped in-house. Most orders can be shipped within
48 hours, however please allow up to five business days. We are located in Omaha, Nebraska --
smack in the middle of the USA!
We ship USPS Priority Mail to United States, APO/FPO and U.S. territories only.
At this time we do not ship to Canada or other international addresses.

Upon completing your order, you will receive notification via e-mail that your order has been placed.
This e-mail will contain information about your order such as your order number, the total cost of
your order, where your order is to be shipped and a brief overview of the products you ordered.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second e-mail. Contained in this e-mail will be
your a USPS tracking number so you may track the package and find out exactly when it will arrive.

We will make every effort to insure that your order is processed efficiently and correctly. Given the
nature of our product, personalized notepads cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled
once production has begun. If we have made an error in your order, we are happy to replace it at our
expense, ONLY within 30 days of the original order.
Order Proofing
We no longer offer complimentary proofs for most of our inventory, however all STICK-FIGURE (head
and body) notepad orders WILL be sent a proof within 24 hours. We also reserve the right to send
you a proof and require your approval if we feel it necessary; to avoid misinterpretation of the
customers personalization requests.
Errors
We strive to correct any spelling and grammar requests, however, we cannot guarantee that we will
always catch customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names. Please review your wording
carefully upon checkout. If you have made an error and already submitted your order, please notify
as soon as possible.
In the unfortunate instance you have made an error, we will correct the mistake and re-print your
order quickly. The cost of a re-print due to customer error is an additional $8 per pad (plus shipping if
