At LoveIt! Notepads we understand the importance of privacy and we are committed to
protecting yours. We adhere to the strictest Internet privacy standards. The information you
provide us with will not be shared with any other companies or third parties. You will receive
emails related only to your current order. We will send you additional emails and
newsletters ONLY if you opt-in to receive them.
Return Policy
Given the nature of our product, personalized notepads cannot be returned and orders
cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If the error on your order is OUR mistake,
we are happy to replace it at our expense, ONLY within 30 days of the original order.
Order Proofing
When we receive your order, you will be emailed a proof* within 48 hours (usually 24). You
will be required to submit your approval of the proof* before your order is printed. For more

*PROOF CHARGES: The first TWO sets/rounds of proofs are FREE of charge. Any
changes or special requests after the first TWO proofs will be charged $5 per proof, per item.
Errors
We strive to correct any spelling and grammar requests, however, we cannot guarantee that
we will always catch customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names. Please review
your wording carefully. We encourage you to thoroughly review your proofs before
submitting your approval. In the unfortunate instance you have made an error and did not
correct it when you approved your proofs, we will correct the mistake and re-print your order
quickly. The cost of a re-print due to customer error is $8 per pad (plus shipping if order has
already been shipped). If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by us, we
will happily reprint and express ship at our expense, ONLY within 30 days of the original
order.
